Returns & Refunds policy

We want you to love what you ordered. Belle Fushion accepts returns of unworn clothing items that are in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging.

Return Requirements

— Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
— Items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval
— Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached
— Original packaging must be included
— Exchanges are not accepted
— Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
— Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrectly sent
— Returns that do not meet these requirements may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined

Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return to process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email shop@bellefushionshop.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions and approval before shipping your item.

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Belle Fushion is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at support@bellefushionshop.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can assist you.
